The Concrete Resurfacing Process involves the following 4-step process:

The pre-laid concrete is cleaned at high pressure to remove all dirt, grease and loose particles. All cracks are ground to remove loose edging. Thse cracks are then cross cut and stitched to create a smooth base.

High pressure cleaning and acid etching of pavement dirt, grease and loose particles.	Grinding of cracks to remove loose edging and the application of 2-part proxy.	Cross Cut Stitching of existing cracks and pinning.

All surrounding structures are protected to ensure no overspray ends up in the wrong places. The substrate of the concrete is then primed to help the Designer Concrete Coatings base coat adhere more effectively to the concrete surface.

A base coat of the product is applied using the special hopper spray guns. This ensures an even texture and colour for the grout lines. The stencil is then laid over the entire area and two coats of Product is then sprayed over the top to obtain the required thickness.

If the client has requested 'hazing' (a special mottled finish) it is applied once the first 2 coats have dried. The stencil is then pulled up and 2 coats of seal are applied. The surface is ready to walk on within 48 hours.

Hazing of top coat is optional if the customer is looking to achieve a motal shaded look.	Removal of concrete stencil.	Final two coats of sealing.
